Yep! I went to grad school at UI back in the day, and the Griz were a great rival when we were both in FCS (they called it Division 1AA back then). Now that Idaho is back in the Big Sky after their ill-fated adventure in FBS, looks like a great rivalry is developing with MSU. I much prefer college ball to pro as well.
Yes, I just read he is the leading candidate for the Heisman with oddsmakers, for what it's worth. But he's got his work cut out for him - he's not a quarterback and he doesn't play in a power conference.
Darn. Weber state used to be a pushover in the Big Sky but of late they have become a force. I'm sure the Griz will bounce back. I'm disappointed that UI and Montana are not playing each other this year. That's a good rivalry that I think should be scheduled annually. They used to play for the "Little Brown Stein" but maybe that's faded out.
Would love to see the Colts fire Gus Bradley and bring Saleh in to run the D. He did a great job with the Niners D (arguably it could have been the players since DeMeco Ryans did a great job after Saleh left)
IDK, the 9ers D has not looked the same since Saleh or Ryans left, and it's mostly the same players.
I have heard much the same thing about Ashton's character. He's an amazing and humble young man who is true to his word.
The 9ers are not at full strength and the Seahawks are playing well so I'm curous if the Seahawks can pull off an upset.
