Football fans???

Any college football fans on here? I'm a B10 guy (Illini fan) but have kinda adopted Montana St. as one of my favorite FCS teams. Stopped at Stone Glacier and Kennetrek stores in Bozeman last year and drove through campus. Looked pretty cool and was impressed with the stadium.

Yep! I went to grad school at UI back in the day, and the Griz were a great rival when we were both in FCS (they called it Division 1AA back then). Now that Idaho is back in the Big Sky after their ill-fated adventure in FBS, looks like a great rivalry is developing with MSU. I much prefer college ball to pro as well.

Yea, I really like Jeanty, I think there is a realistic shot that if he isn’t derailed by injury he could win the heisman

Tough weekend for me. Drove over for the Grizzly Weber State game; Grizzlies lost in overtime.

Yesterday Bills lose to the Texans with a 60 yard field goal with no time on the clock.

Here I thought for weeks the “Montana is #1 (actually #50)” thread was the FCS football thread!

Wife is a Husker so glad they’re finally blossoming under Rhule. They have a gauntlet to run the next 6 games that will show just how far they’ve come! The old NDSU bison took care of UND as expected. Thank God they sent Entz walking and that era is over!

Russell Wilson sucks, but I think I'd be calling if I was the Brown's.

Yes, I just read he is the leading candidate for the Heisman with oddsmakers, for what it's worth. But he's got his work cut out for him - he's not a quarterback and he doesn't play in a power conference.

Darn. Weber state used to be a pushover in the Big Sky but of late they have become a force. I'm sure the Griz will bounce back. I'm disappointed that UI and Montana are not playing each other this year. That's a good rivalry that I think should be scheduled annually. They used to play for the "Little Brown Stein" but maybe that's faded out.

BOISE STATE!!!! Lifelong fan here, what Ashton Jeanty is doing this year is nuts...Couple of very close friends are large boosters in the program - Georgia was offering him 1.2-1.3 million to transfer after last year and he stayed true to BSU. Kid with awesome character!

Would love to see the Colts fire Gus Bradley and bring Saleh in to run the D. He did a great job with the Niners D (arguably it could have been the players since DeMeco Ryans did a great job after Saleh left)

IDK, the 9ers D has not looked the same since Saleh or Ryans left, and it's mostly the same players.
