Hello Everyone,
Lurker from the wonderful cheese state. Started cutting my teeth western hunting a couple years ago and just trying to teach myself and figure it out. Don't have any friends that hunt, started taking it more seriously in my early 20s. Lurked for a while and love absorbing info on this forum. Thought only proper to make an account.
Also moving to Alaska for a couple of months to work with Game and Fish so going to be trying to very hastily plan a Blacktail hunt and do some salmon fishing, should be fun.

Welcome cheesehead! From the lowly Detroit Lions state. Packers are my adopted team until the Ford family sells. (Never). Growing up we were real close to a family from Green Bay. Visited often and did some cool fishing trips with them.

More of a nerdy kid in school, still hunted with my dad and uncle but I was the only one in the friend group that was outdoors-y. Making friends as you age doesn't seem to get easier haha
