Fishing Trip - Miami FL in October

Some friends and I are heading to Miami in two weeks due to a different trip we had planned getting cancelled. Wondering if anyone here has any experience fishing with guides there. My cursory due diligence tells me there are better times to fish but it's what we've got and unfortunately the short planning window may keep us from getting a trip booked with anyone good but curious if anyone here has any recommendations? I fly fish but these guys will be better off with deep sea/offshore style fishing since they don't really fish.

I've never fished around Miami, but would think October would be a great month as long as no hurricanes are coming.

Second Bob Lemay. Lots of world class guides in that area. October can be fun but potentially windy. Depending on what you’re looking for exactly consider expanding your search down south to Islamorada. Check out Brian Cone and Nick Stanzcyk.
