Ya - had a lengthy conversation about boxers with another dude. Weird...
Very helpful, honest and quick to fix my issue - great customer service.
 
Wow, I've called there a half dozen times and never have spoken to anyone or had a call returned. Thinking of selling it and giving another brand a try.

You have the right number? Something doesn't sound right. None the less, what size are you and what do you have? Haha.
 
I've had great experience with FL through email. Both times I emailed them with questions they got back with me the same day, and the following day.
 
I'll send another e-mail tomorrow. It looks like I'm the only one having problems. I have xl stormtight and puffy that are too big and I wanted to send them back. Anyone want these I'll make you a great deal in them.

Yeah, I purchased their puffy coat when they had their 40% off sale and wanted to return as it was too big. Emailed and called a couple times to get an RA# and it took like a week for them to get back to me. Pretty frustrating. However, it was at the same time as some of the shows so not sure if the guy was out of the office, but still pretty frustrating.

They moved their office right around that time. I remember seeing something on their Facebook page about it and that their CS might be down for a day or two.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have been out of the office for the past week and am just now getting back to work. We can absolutely get you swapped out for different sizes or get you refunded if you would like. Please see the link below and fill out the necessary info, after which I will forward you an RA# for your exchange.

I still havent heard back since I mailed them the items but it's only been a couple of weeks. I never got a response back from any of my phone calls though so I guess you have to e-mail them. I just think that when a company wants to charge top of the mark prices for gear they should be answering their phone. But maybe the lack of staff to answer phones helps keep the prices "low"...

What took so long... I was expecting some smart ass comment weeks ago! By the way how do you know about those "976" numbers...
For what its worth the "issue" was wearing holes in the thighs of a couple pairs of the boxers which they replaced quickly.
