First Lite customer service

This post puzzles me. I've never seen an issue with First Lite customer service and people let me know if a sponsor isn't performing. Their answering machine yesterday said they were out of the office. Did anyone leave a message? Their office number is 208 806 0066 ext 1. I just called it. Got right through to "Casey" and they had no idea it was me calling, so no special treatment.

Give them a call, explain your situation and they will do everything in reason to help. They've been with us since the beginning and that is all I've ever heard. On the suspenders not showing up since February, we're they in stock? Call back and find out, sometimes during the off-season they can't get them either.

What took so long... I was expecting some smart ass comment weeks ago! By the way how do you know about those "976" numbers...
For what its worth the "issue" was wearing holes in the thighs of a couple pairs of the boxers which they replaced quickly.

Actually, this was the first I saw of this thread for some reason. I must have been busy with those 976 numbers to have missed it until now.:D

I bought my FL Kanab pants used from another member and I didn't even know that suspenders were an option. A buddy bought a new pair and asked me about my thoughts on the suspenders he had with his. I looked on the site and couldn't find them so I sent an email inquiring about them. I was told to send my address and they would send me a pair for my pants. It isn't a huge deal, but I may give them a call or email back today or tomorrow to ask about them.

If you dont get anyone on the phone I wouldnt bother leaving a message. I would just e-mail them if I ever need to contact them again.
