Thoughts on “The Hunt Source” service

What do you guys think about this guy’s service of providing curated hunt plans?

Think I saw a few high profile folks talking about him online. Sounded like it paid off. I’m curious if anyone has tried this out, kinda got mixed feelings on lowering the barrier to entry for folks but could be really valuable for an out of state hunt if this guy really is an e-scouting wiz.

From my quick glance at that website it appears to be someone charging to give hunting advice over the phone. At $335/hr you decide if that phone call is worth it to you...

Seems like just another person trying to separate hunters from their money with nothing really to show for it. Everything seems super vague and I’d guarantee he’s more than willing to provide info on spots he has never seen in person, probably just looked at on google earth, on x and looked at state draw odds and harvest info.

I had a tag service guy call me a few years back snooping for info for a client. It was bizarre and borderline rude. The guy was very uncomfortable at saying he was calling for a paying client and not himself
