Fillet Knife in AEBL

I’m really happy with how these fillet knives turn out. I make them where they flex but have pushback so they will be good all around boning knives also. AEBL steel keeps a good toothy edge. I call this one a 6”. A little over that but a good all around length.





This handle material really suprised me how nice it finished out. Really nice feel. Would be rest in a darker color.

I try my best! I always try and make as simple of a knife but as functional and sexy as I can. Yet remain super simple.
