federal hammer down 44 mag ammo

I bought a box of them at a local store recently. I dont reload. I noticed it said specifically designed for lever action rifles. Does anyone know if they would be safe to shoot out of a ruger super redhawk ? The only thing that I have seen is that accuracy may be compromised shooting them out of a revolver.
