Fantastic game, Griz. I can say nothing else. As a Furman fan, that one is going to sting for a while. My Paladins played their hearts out, but y’all made the plays when you needed to. Good luck the rest of the way!

Agreed- no need to hang their heads at all, they played tough from the first minute to their last. We've played against some good run defenses, Furman easily the best. We do have a good running game (guessing you do too), but the defenses on both sides made running especially tough!

Their last drive to tie the game up was incredible. I was thinking the whole time, they've got no timeouts left- there isn't enough time, we've got this- one hell of a drive!

Albany looked pretty darn tough; was hoping for two Big Sky teams- looks like it's up to the Grizzlies now.

Thanks, that final drive was easily the proudest moment of the season for many of our fans. Our backfield has been wracked by injury this season so for us to cobble that drive together with a 3rd string RB and a QB at 75% was just pure guts.

NDSU smashing USD was insult to injury as we’d be hosting in Greenville , so I’ll be pulling hard for y’all to hammer the bison.

Also, many of my friends who made the trip said it’s the best college ball experience they’ve had at an away game. Maybe we can make this a post-season tradition and not have to go 20 years between meetings. Except we’d like to host a few.

I got whacked by a weird 6 hour stomach bug yesterday and missed the UAlbany/Vandals game. I know the Great Danes won, but for those that watched, what were your thoughts?

I thought they were pretty well matched up. Game definitely could have gone either way. My thoughts are if they played ten games, the result would be close to 50:50.

After watching SDSU against Villanova, I think the JackRabbits had better not looks past the Danes.

You know I'm a Nebraska Native. My brother played football for USD so I actually am not a Jacks fan. I root for the Coyotes in SD.

Pretty good Jackrabbit came out of Piedmont, disappointed.
