The wife doesn’t like the Smokey taste of beef or pork so I tend to use the oven for those.
St Louis is my favorite. That's all I do now. I think they rock over baby backs. It is all I buy now. Costco is the bomb.St. Louis style pork ribs, pork butt, and drumsticks have been the go to lately.

Try smoking pecan pellets. I use an offset smoker and have not used a pellet smoker but I use the pellets in a smoke tube when I cold smoke something.Couple of pork butts
Pork tenderloin
Meatloaf
And a turkey
Traeger pellet smoker. I know enough to know I want an actual wood smoker. None of this has that actual “wood smell or taste”

Two guys and a cooler has a YouTube video on this. He tried different methods to find out what works. Ive got a batch of pickled eggs I’m waiting to try. After I hard boiled em and pealed em , I put em in the smoker for 45 mins and then into my brine. Looking forward to trying them.
