After putting some solid hunting days in October in them I definitely love the attack pants the most right now. Basically they remind me of the eddie bauer proguide pants (fit, stretch, pocket layout) with a quitter material and also hip vents (I LOVE the vents). The fit my body well, stretch, have the right warmness when paired with some 145merino to cover 30s-70s.

As noted above I enjoy the eddie baurer pro guide pants but hear they don't fit others well, I have no ass, my thighs aren't huge, etc. so take it for what its worth. I like these for regular camping and casual use, they have a tiny bit of sqoosh to them versus the attacks. I also wear the chino version at work regularly (I had to jump a waist size in those versus the regular pro guide).

Sitka ascent, decent pant as well but lighter than I'd want for Oct hunts. If I was purely a Sept hunter it may change my opinions (also I'd be inclinded to check out the Tiburon pant since I like the attacks).

Prana zion, also a nice pant but least favorite of all of these, bells out more than needed at the bottom and also the most swoosh in my mind.

Duluth Dry on the Fly for me. Four way stretch, pocket layout works for me, they have different weight fabric to choose from and also a fleece lined, fit is loose but not overly "baggy".

I just received a pair of the military Patagonia PCU level 5 pants. These look like reall winners, 4 way Schoeller like material- like their Guide pants, built in suspenders, zip up to about knee height, double fabric knees, adjustable waist (via Velcro), zipped upper side vents, roomy zipped cargo pockets and a very nice dull, neutral alpha green (green-grey)
