Factory 6.5 PRC Rifle Suggestions

I really want a 6.5 prc, but I really also want a tikka t3x tac a1 . Was going to wait until shot show to see what comes out but I am 99% sure they aren’t going to chamber it. But if they do, it would end up costing me a lot more money. The creedmoor would do anything I need of it, but the prc would just do it a little better. Hell it may never leave the safe, last two rifles and the last glock I bought haven’t. I get a wild hair and buy shit I will never use, not sure why. Have a night force ready to go on it.

What makes you 99% sure they won’t chamber it? Tikka chambering the PRC would be the solidifier for that cartridge for a lot of folks and I bet Hornady knows that.

I am sure they eventually will but I doubt it will be this year ( 2020) I would love it if they did though !

I have the Sauer Ceratech S100 and have been impressed so far.
5 shot SUB MOA guarantee from the factory. Developed with the Hornady loads, and it appears to like them.
Shot a deer two weeks ago at 178yds and hit exactly where I was holding... (dead center back of the head)...
I've shot it to 674 (group was right at 5")

Just got a PH2 in 6.5 prc. accurate outta the box, really nice looking gun. However i am very dissapointed in the overall attention to detail on my NEW from factory rifle. the muzzle break came fitted, yet horribly crooked, id say 5-10 degrees off level, and the painting on the stock has visible drippings that were covered with other colors in the pattern.

Is it a Stainless Steel barrel with Ceratech?
