Lost a close family friend
Rehospitalized due to back wound opening up requiring more surgery
Girlfriend miscarries.

Covid restrictions killed my 2020 mule deer MT hunt. Then I got covid right before Thanksgiving. Spent 1 week in the hospital and a couple months in a chair with oxygen healing up. Every day was awful. Then I got back to work in February. By Sept, I was 90%, but gained 30 lbs. 2021 mule deer hunt was hard due to my Covid recovery. Killed a pretty easy 3 point.

Now Im trying to get my last few % and start a new life. Ugh.

I hope you do better. I also hope my mysery shows you I’m pulling for you to get back at it!

Yep, no one ever said life is fair! None of us get out of here alive. Stay strong. You will get past these hurdles. Just take it one day at a time. Sometimes it takes 10-15 years to go by before you can look back and see what you thought was the end of your world, actually turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to you.
