Easton HIIT epoxy issues

It sounds like your issue is a prep issue. Make sure clean the end out with acetone (after cutting the arrow), same with insert. Then coat, twist on the way in and done. I've done 10's of dozens this way and never had an insert pull out.

If you want to use a different 2-part epoxy, use this. If it can keep my driver head on at speeds ~120 mph your inserts will be fine...

The more forums i get into and the more i think about it.. I think your right. I think i need to do a better job with my prep (maybe on this last dozen i just forgot to prep at all). Thanks for the help man !
