I am not an athlete in the traditional sense.
I don't lift. I don't go to a gym unless prescribed by a doctor in the form of PT.
My strength training is hauling tools and carrying heavy parts. I rarely find myself lacking in the strength department.
My cardio was suffering.
So, I started running.
Today, I managed a 10k on wet, muddy trails.
Garmin has my finish time at 1:31 so my motto holds true. Not fast, not last.
