Sometimes on the weekend. During the work week I drink my breakfast. (With my Wisconsin heritage that isn't as alcoholic as it sounds.) I generally make a smoothie of frozen bananas, honey & milk with something else for flavor...peanut butter, raspberries or blueberries. I can drink that on the drive in to work. Puts a base down because I'm also drinking a pot of coffee before noon most days. If I pour that much black coffee on an empty stomach, my guts will be a mess. Gurgling loud enough to be heard across the room.
