Soft poached egg on top of home made corned beef hash. to die for.Changes day to day for me. Generally feel better at work when I don't eat breakfast, but sometimes, eggs just sound right to me. Recently have been making poached eggs on toast. Can get the kids' breakfasts going while the water boils. When I have time, I really like poached eggs on avocado toast.
Love a good biscuit, the Cowboy Kent Rollins 2 ingredient biscuit recipe is very easy and makes a good biscuit. Typically done on the weekends though.
Generally though, I drink coffee and a Celsius in the AM, eat early lunch around 10:30 to 11 am and can rock till dinner around 7:30-8 pm
M-F I never eat breakfast.
On the weekends I make breakfast for the whole family, usually pancakes, and lll usually eat 6 to 8 eggs or a pound of ground beef.
