On a normal day, do you eat breakfast?

Always some kind of food for breakfast. Depends on what we have handy. Toast and PB, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, etc... Depends on the day. Then double espresso latte (hot) with half and half. I used to drink 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day, but since getting a Breville Touch several years ago, I'm down to one.

Since I was about 12 I haven't eaten breakfast regularly. Eating in the morning in particular for some reason just makes me feel heavy, sluggish, and gross all day no matter it is that I eat. Around my early 20s I stopped eating lunch most days too. I'm pretty much just drinking water all day until dinner time, and then I have a pretty large meal and snack until I go to bed.

I moved my breakfast back a few hours and dropped lunch a couple months ago and like it. Two eggs scrambled in breakfast sausage, half avocado, and some probiotic sauerkraut.

I eat a bowl of cereal basically every single morning within half hour of getting up. If I don't, I don't feel right.

Greek yogurt, granola, fruit and coffee at my desk. Weekends I generally make a legit breakfast.

Never been a big breakfast person though. If you say you can sleep for an extra 15 minutes or you can have a good breakfast, I am picking sleep every time.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that does the same as you. Big breakfast weekends are done with family at the table.

Just had 3 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon with some coffee and than a little nicotine for dessert. Copenhagen used to be my favorite part of breakfast but quit that.

On Sundays I make a breakfast casserole (eggs, cheese and sausage) for the week. I usually leave the house around 4am so no time to cook in the mornings.

4 eggs over easy, 4-5 pieces of bacon, bagel with butter and honey, 2 mugs of coffee this morning. I’m another one with a high metabolism. 43 years old. Hungry again by 10.

Cliff brand builder bar each morning during the week. Real breakfast on the weekend usually. I essentially never miss breakfast.

If I eat breakfast I usually feel like crap all morning, and am hungry all day.
If I fast from 7pm-11am I feel way better.
If I'm camping/hunting I'll do breakfast about 50% of the time though.

Only time I eat breakfast is on vacation and the family wants a sit down restaurant. My normal routine is a couple cups of coffee and then lunch between 11am and 1pm, depending on how busy work is.
