I eat breakfast every morning. I couldn’t imagine skipping it. Not sure I could function.

I’ll skip lunch 3-4x a week and I will never miss breakfast.

Give it a try sometime. It’s actually pretty good and really simple. Takes about 10 minutes for a weeks worth of breakfasts.

Blackberries and Raspberries are my favorite to mix in. Peaches are good too. I do a lot of strawberries because they seem to be the most cost effective.

Kirkland branded Greek yogurt is pretty good but I like the brand Zoi a little more and it’s similar in price. I get whatever one the store I am at has.

Just watch your granola. It can have pretty high sugars if your worried about that. Same with the flavored yogurt. Like surprisingly high.
I remember starting to pay attention to sugars and figured out I could have a piece of cake and snickers bar for less sugar than my morning bowl of granola :ROFLMAO:

Two eggs on a bagel, or 4 eggs. Eat it in truck on the way to work. Every day. Can’t skip breakfast personally. I get way too hungry if I do

1 slice of Daves killer bread 21 whole grain toast, a hard boiled, or scrambled. egg, coffee. Sometimes it's a bowl of fiber one cereal with sliced banana. As a special treat I sometime have two slices of home made bacon..

Only on the weekend. I fast as long as possible during the work week. Definitely a key to my calorie restriction. It helps I have an office job. If it was physical I imagine I would have to eat breakfast.

I generally dont eat breakfast. If I do its greek yogurt and some fruit or eggs, sausage and avocado.
If Im fishing I try and eat before I go as I get hungry about 9:30 to 10.
I’m an early riser usually up by 4:30/45. I eat lunch early at 11:00 to 11:30. Dinner at 5-5:30.
I am not usually hungry until about 10:30 to 11:00. So I sort of fast between 7 pm to lunch the next day.

3 eggs every morning, occasionally some bacon, pancakes, sourdough toast and occasionally fruit and Greek yogurt, granola.

Don’t eat breakfast on hunts.

Eat breakfast everyday, it really is the most important meal of the day and gets your body working. I make breakfast at home every morning, but I'd much rather go out for breakfast than supper anytime.

Not consistently. I wake up around 5:30. I generally eat around 10am and have a big meal. Then, I may have something smaller after training in the evening if needed.

5-6 eggs and either bacon or sausage on normal mornings. I absolutely recover better when I target 225 grams of protein a day. I don't track it daily but I have and know how hard it is to hit that, impossible if I don't start early.
Often pre cook the breakfast meat to streamline the morning. Eggs r quick tho.

I'm retired but still up at 5:00ish. One cup of good coffee and half a bagel or slice of sourdough toast. Then by 9:00 or so I gotta have protein of some kind.... leftovers, cheesy eggs tuna sandwich. This holds me all the way to dinner.

I Have an office job and am in the office Mon-Thurs and work from home on Fridays.
I dont eat breakfast on the days I am in the office, But I do when I am at home.

My buddy works without breakfast, sometimes well before breakfast.

I get up around 5:30. Coffee first. Usually the first thing I eat is a banana and a piece or two of jerky around 9:30. I have no idea how people can spend the time to make eggs, hashbrowns etc before heading out to work. I just can't do it.

Have had the same thing every morning for a long time. Don't have time or patience with young kids in the house. So I keep it simple.

8oz water
1 scoop whey protein
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 tablespoon dehydrated kale powder from the garden
1/3 cup berries frozen from the garden
1 tablespoon Justin's PB
Blended

2 hardboiled eggs with salt and pepper.

Takes less than 5min and I'm on to the next task.
