On a normal day, do you eat breakfast?

Spin off of the egg thread... On the normal routine day (weekdays for those of us with a Monday-Friday job) do you eat breakfast?

I love breakfast foods, but don't typically eat breakfast. Make coffee and get on with my day. My first food is lunch.

Greek yogurt, granola, fruit and coffee at my desk. Weekends I general make a legit breakfast.
Do you make your own granola?

My wife dishes a small Pyrex bowl of that exact stuff (homemade sourdough granola) every morning and I think "I should do that" as I walk out to the shop with a cup of coffee and a bottle of water.

Nope. I just buy it in bulk from Winco. Probably not the healthiest stuff but oh well.

I generally buy Kirkland Greek Yogurt and portion it out into Tupperware. Same with the granola and fruit. Then it’s just grab and go in the mornings. Mix it all together when I get to work.

I make fun of her every Sunday when she makes her granola for the week.

I eat a handful or two just about every day. It's about the only snack I have.

I get up at 4:00am so I have time for breakfast! Usually a cup of cottage cheese, banana and OJ. Or scrambled eggs and toast.

Most weekends I'll have 3 eggs over easy, hash browns and sausage or bacon. Maybe one weekend a month its waffles or pancakes with bacon!

I love breakfast! lol

Give it a try sometime. It’s actually pretty good and really simple. Takes about 10 minutes for a weeks worth of breakfasts.

Blackberries and Raspberries are my favorite to mix in. Peaches are good too. I do a lot of strawberries because they seem to be the most cost effective.

Kirkland branded Greek yogurt is pretty good but I like the brand Zoi a little more and it’s similar in price. I get whatever one the store I am at has.

Just watch your granola. It can have pretty high sugars if your worried about that. Same with the flavored yogurt. Like surprisingly high.

Homemade breakfast sandwich, tacos, bowls, or the occasional protein pancakes to change up the eggs, meat, and cheese combos.

I’m up at 5 to workout and run/hike everyday before taking kiddo to daycare and work. No way I can skip that first meal of the day.

I love a good breakfast- really changes how I feel during my day. It’s not very trendy but I wake up, shower, make my bed, eat, and delay coffee for an hour or two.

I will wake up an extra 15-20 minutes early to get a hot meal in. I woke up at 5 today, made bacon, eggs, sourdough toast and uncaffeinated tea before I drove to school. Same on days where I have work. Helps my energy levels, mood, and focus through long school days and shifts. May not be for everyone, but it works for me.

No way I can skip any meal, especially if I’m working or hiking. If I’m not being physical oatmeal is fine, but otherwise I love normal burritos, , meat loaf, banana bread, chili, beef stew, bacon/eggs, pasta, Chinese leftovers, pancakes/bacon, or even a big bowl of rice Chex. Breakfast is sort of the time between waking up and 10:00, so I’ll have a main breakfast early, then a second breakfast or big snack at 10:00. Makes me hungry just talking about it. I’d love some hash browns, gravy and biscuits right now.

I eat a cartoon of Costco egg whites and 3/4 overnight oats with some blueberries and a scoop of peanut butter protein. Probably my biggest meal of the day most days.

Not really. I just have coffee until about 11. then try to eat something that will carry me to dinner. I like caprese salad, homemade hummus & veggies with feta, or maybe eggs on avocado toast or a leftover from the day before. The nice thing about eating late is a stuffed pepper doesn't seem unreasonable for the first meal for the day.
