Those are not specifics. Tell us spcifically what one game warden said and specifically what the other game warden said to explain the "completely different take on it".

I didn't realize I was in a courtroom and you were the prosecuting attorney. I'm not going to take the time to type out an in-depth post of talks with game wardens on various conflicting informational issues.
