Do any states have Jan OTC cow elk hunts?

Tried researching this online and having trouble finding an answer. Do any states have late Dec or Jan OTC or landowner tag cow elk hunts? Thanks

OTC cow hunts can turn into a real sh** show real fast. I’d look at tags you can draw pretty easily. There’s a number of states that have them and you’ll find it pretty quick by referring to state refs or GoHunt but I’d recommend using PMs for this info to not unnecessarily increase competition.

There will be leftover tags in some states.

UT has private land OTC tags that are good until Jan 31. A few good landowners in the North East part of the state are pretty open to letting you hunt, especially if there is a big snow fall and the cows flood their fields or where the pipelines are. Some charge trespass fees of $100-200

Thanks for this info. Any idea how I can look into getting ahold of the landowners?
