CO/MT.. Any Cow/either sex Archery Units that are descent?

I'm considering a solo Archery elk hunt next year, mostly just a successful meat hunt. I'm curious what units offer/would be best to go to and can easily get a Cow/either sex tag in either Colorado or Montana..

Any help at all? thanks so much!

Just throw a dart at a map of MT/ CO and see where it lands, there are elk behind every tree, that's why everyone has a freezer full of elk and the success rates are so high.

I'll have my handicap dad/grandpa/uncle/etc with me so somewhere we can glass and hunt from the truck would be preferred...
Our budget is only $1 per person but we are willing to pay reasonable trespass fee for private land access...

I have zero points and waited until after this year's draw due dates but want an OTC tag in a state that eliminated OTC archery tags - please help!...
