DIY bino harnesses

I've seen a few posts of some DIY bino harnesses? Just interested to see how people are making them? Pics, materials, process. Please chime in. I'll post up some of my efforts.

i just finished making my new harness.

it has a fire steel side release buckle on the bottom strap. i sewed 3 sides of a small length of webbing onto the bottom strap near the back panel to hold a fire straw. (a small length of drinking straw filled with vaseline soaked cotton balls and melted and crimped on either end to seal it)
