Dead predator pics

I used to carry a big garbage can in the back of my truck for roadkill. At first it would take a few days and then they would start on it and feed for about a week until it was gone. After doing that 5 or 6 times it got to be where it was gone withing 48 hours. Tons more tracks in the snow and a lot more vocalization at night. Moral of the story, dont bait with roadkill unless your ready to bring in a lot of animals and shoot them until they are gone. Otherwise you're forming a gang that will find something else to eat.

Cows in this case. I’ve heard of people doing it with road kill too. With a spot like this you’re gonna need a LOT of roadkill to keep them full :)
You have multiple locations spread out over a very large area and jumping from location to location? Trying to figure out how you guys stacked up that many in one night from one spot! Nice work!

My old man’s trapping season. Not bad for a guy that’s kicking 80. I look at the old timers and try to remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.

How bad do they run w/ bow shots?

I know they can run pretty dang far if the gun shot is not immediately vital.
