Hey aron,

I remember seeing a video you did for live hunt on how to de-bone an elk. Just curious if you still have it and could post it here. Lots if good info in there.

After that just cut as large of chunks as possible along the seams.

that is a pretty sweet video but I remember arons was more in depth on deboning in the field for the pack out.
