I am curious what others are doing to add or purchase to convert their day pack to be able to carry a compound bow.
Thanks

Any pack with two rear horizontal compression straps will hold a bow. Any hunting focused brand, even many backpacking day packs will be compatible with strapping on a bow.

I've always used a rifle cradle and a strap across the bow and under the quiver. The strap will rub the bow finish and the string if not covered and I've lost an arrow or two.

This year I sat down at the bow spider booth. I always thought it was kinda of gimmicky but in closer inspection makes a lot of sense. Can run it on the back of pack or on the belt for holding during glassing, leave it on the back of the truck headrest and travel without a case. You can listen to it on this week's episode of the Rokcast- https://www.rokslide.com/hunting-gear-insights-from-western-hunting-expo/
