No it wouldn't.There has been a lot of controversy about suppressors vs muzzy brakes. It would be cool to use a sled to compare recoil of different calibers with suppressors vs brakes.
Already completed by backfire TV and a host of YouTubers that are close enough to validate Supressors are awesome and brakes suck. I am surprised the libs haven’t gone after brakes as a noise intrusion of their personal space. Clearly a good argument for Supressors. There has been a lot of controversy about suppressors vs muzzy brakes. I haven't had to wait for suppressors. Approvals came through and picked them up same day. With our dumb 3 day wait after approval, I think that means Tuesday at the latest.
Checks.I haven't had to wait for suppressors. Approvals came through and picked them up same day.
Local shops are interpreting it differently.I haven't had to wait for suppressors. Approvals came through and picked them up same day.
That’s how I read it. And most gun shops. But some are doing a 3 day wait.Wasn't the 3-day wait law written only for firearms?

@KickinNDishin told me I misunderstood what she said the guy told her when she submitted, and you are correct.Wasn't the 3-day wait law written only for firearms?
It technically is but some shops are being wary on cans also since they are a serial numbered ATF item. The one I use has the stance of 3days from form 4 submission, being I've never had an approval <3days its never caused a delay.Wasn't the 3-day wait law written only for firearms?
