CZ 600 plus alpha vs New Savage Core Hunter

I have an opportunity to pick up either one of these rifles for the same price (with $15). I like both of them and both have some unique features. I love the trigger on the alpha I shot, but not sure on the negatives I have seen on that stock’s forend. The new Savage looks like it has a lot to offer but there is a lot going with that stock with all the adjustments. Not sure if that is a benefit or just over complicating a dedicated hunting rig. What are everyone’s thoughts?

CZ 600 Alpha. Cut off some of the fore end and apply JB Weld into the partitioned bottom of the fore end. The 600 has been solid for me, very accurate.

CZ would be the easy choice for me based on my ownership of them.
