CVA wolf V2 or Optima V3

They’re not too far off price wise. I don’t do much muzzleloader hunting so just need one for the occasional hunt that comes up.

Anyone tried the new optima V3 yet?

I have the wolf. I’m surprised at the accuracy I get out of it. I’m pleased with it. I can only use it 1 week a year, so I went with the less $$.

Same here except it not even every year lol

I have a lot of money into my tikka/maven rifles but not looking to spend that on a muzzy

Thanks for the feed back. I’ve read many of your posts about other manufactures. I’m probably the minority but I had issues with an omega I bought about 10 years ago. Would shoot good some times but not great other times, so I’m kind of gun shy of buying another one. I ended up selling it. Please keep in mind I’m meticulous with my scope mounting, the problem was the muzzy (or at least the barrel)
