I’ve never heard any comments on sig sauers customer service and figured I at minimum needed to put this out there if anyone searches.

I had an old kilo850 RF that I think I paid 130$ for in high school. It started to spazz and that was ok as i got my moneys worth. I called sig sauer to see if i happened to qualify for warranty and they had me send them I pic of my RF, that’s it! No questions, no shipping it to them, receipt or anything. They allowed me to upgrade to the 5k for 50% off. I asked if I could cover over night shipping to get it here before 2nd season and they covered it. I was blown away, the most seamless and beneficial customer service experience I’ve had
