I just got my Traverse riser back and I thought I would post how it turned out. It was originally Subalpine riser and limbs. I changed out the limbs to get more draw weight and I thought I would try and get the riser done over the winter. I always liked the buckskin color that Hoyt used to offer and tried to match as much as possible. I went with Magpul flat dark earth. I had a couple releases cerakoted last year and used the same guy. I stripped the bow down to the riser and shipped it off. It took longer than I thought it would but I wasn't really using it at the time so I didn't mind.

I think it turned out great and I forgot how much I like the Traverse after not shooting it for . I picked up a VXR about a month ago and the Traverse is way smoother. I still like the VXR but the Traverse and I just get along like peas and carrots.
