CPW seeking public input on 10 yr strategic plan

Roksliders, Colorado Parks and wildlife is looking for public input as they develop their new 10 year Strategic Plan for their agency. This is the time for us to make our voices heard on what we feel should be CPW's priorities. If hunters don't voice our opinions then they WILL be disregarded. This is a chance to let CPW know what we think their goals need to be.

COLORADO PARKS AND WILDLIFE BIOLOGISTS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLORADO FISH AND WILDLIFE

No ballot box biology, no political BULLSHIT!

I’d bet 99% of other suggestions boil down to selfish suggestions supporting the individual.

You guys are right, I hope you send them those comments. The people making these decisions need to know that people aren't happy with how things are. This is easy opportunity to voice concerns.

The form is a short survey and a box to enter in additional comments. It doesn't take long.

Filled it out. I hope things get better. I recently listened to Dan Gates talk on another popular pod about the proposal of Initiative 82 or CO Wildlife Biodiversity Protection Act coming in 2026... Crazy stuff. Worth a listen

Seems to me that most Coloradans across the board are getting tired of ballot box biology, last years failed bobcat and mountain lion vote was a hopeful win for those that have a vested interest in how CPW operates. I would hope that Initiative 82 would be met with the same level of disinterest and confusion, but you never know.
