I have had some bad experiences I can only attribute to Tylenol PM and do not go anywhere near it now. The last straw was a blue lightning show on my eyelids as I was dozing off. I was stuck in some crazy loop and could not wake myself up. I thought I was going to die.

I use Melatonin now if I need help sleeping while traveling.

For those of you who commonly take the Nyquil Zzzquil you do realize that it is just Diphenhydramine 50mg correct? You can buy the generic pink capsules for really cheap instead of the brand name Nyquil Zzquil.

yep, two Aleve and 75mg (3 pinkies) for me at night. I've taken that combo for years and get at least 6 hours solid rest. I've even taken that combo at 15,000-ft in Tajikistan and 12,000-ft in Afghanistan. No elevation headaches or lasting hangovers.
