WTS Complete Tikka magazines - Orange, flush, extended COAL, etc.

Just a little plug here. Great mags and very happy with mine. 3 223 mags and 2 prc mags so far all function without hiccups. For those who may be interested, I’m loading 6.5prc to 3.023” coal with no issues with interference loading into mag or chambering rounds.

Any feedback on the 6ARC mags and Dasher feeding? Thinking about a 6 Dasher barrel for my tikka.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but he has a eBay store. Just ordered two mags that way.

My buddy used one of these mags in the S2H course last week. Zero issues. Meanwhile the waters mags were struggling when the conditions went to crap.

I used one of these in my hunting rifle (6CM) this week at S2H course. So a much lower round count than my 223. But at least 150 rounds in the rain and mud. No issues thus far. And for the price I will definitely be ordering more. Buy some and try em

Some of the options (not all) are posted on ebay user apocr8. They are a little cheaper if ordered through here and also supports rokslide vs ebay.

Which Waters magazines were struggling? I thought I was the only one who had them there? I watched a dude pour dirt in one of mine and then run it all afternoon.

Are the 6 ARC magazines fully released? I have a case of FMJ ammo I'll be shooting before the season starts and would love to test these out alongside Tikka factory mags and AICS mags!

What are the temp ratings for these mags? @pods8 (Rugged Stitching)

Im about to order a couple but I've been known to leave my rifles in vehicles on hot summer days. (Had a couple kydex cheek pieces warp) Will they be okay?
I picked a material that when annealed has a higher heat deflection temperature but there are still limits when talking about a loaded mag with spring pressure pushing rounds up (and feed lips outwardly). How hot, how much force and duration all play in so hard to answer exactly.

Without cranking up the price point further to chase a more costly materials I felt this material was a reasonable set of properties for normal use and you won't loose a mag leaving it in a closed vehicle in a gun case or such. If there is a loaded mag in the gun the gun will support the mag from letting the feed lips flex outwardly. The most demanding situation is a loose loaded mag left to bake in the sun along with the hot ambient temps of the vehicle. I'm not particularly worried about a mag in a gun bag or gun case.

For example I purposely put a loaded 223 mag on my dashboard (hot truck, black dash, black mag in sun) for a month+ this spring and eventually the feed lips did start to distort under the spring pressure pushing up the rounds. To experiment I subsequently put a spacer in the mag (the right width) and put a clamp on the mag and left it on my dash again and it warped back into place. I don't recommend conducting the same experiment :p but I was curious.

So don't store mags purposely on your dash for extended periods or such but otherwise I think you'll be fine in normal use. If you have an issue reach out.
