Complete Tikka magazines - Orange, flush, extended COAL, etc. (Now a product)

Wanted to update: I took sandpaper to the back of both of the followers until they were smooth. I was able to get oput Saturday and shoot. I had no problems with shooting >40rds through each. Problem Solved.
Thanks @pods8 (Rugged Stitching)
Great, like I said if you have further issues reach out and I'll swap'm out.

Not sure how similarly they might feed, but I'd like to see 6mm (or .22) GT tested.
I believe folks have said GT cases feed fine from the M length mags so not really a gap there. If folks want a M (or slightly shorter) variant printed out its certainly something I could do but absent the request I wasn't going to spend time on it. For 243, 6creed, etc. I just use the M+ mags and don't see a point in M mags for those since they work in M+ and that allows flexibility for longer cartridge lengths in them too.

The ARC / BR / Dasher is a tricky finicky one because the case body is so short, there are iterations going on in the background on that.

Pods sent some mags to be used at the winter S2H course last week.

All the mags worked without issue in the snow and ice for several hundreds rounds each. Sand and debris is the next question. Then longevity.
However, right now his 223 3 and 4 round mags are what is in my hunting rifles; and his M+ mags are what is being used in the 6XC Raven.

Thanks for the feedback. Just being pragmatic I'm sure ultimate durability and longevity with show up at some point eventually, the goal though is a reasonable lifespan and abuse tolerance. An injection molded mag (of the right materials) and / or aluminum mags are going to always be better in that regard but those products can't always be as responsive to user desires and niche offerings in smaller quantities.

This should probably be in a different thread but I think you should look at making a howa mini magazine. Theirs are terrible. I think there would be a good market for it, if you can get them to function

Folks keep asking me about a lot of different platforms. The reality is I am a tikka guy (and have been before rokslide craze), I have them in enough calibers to cover the basis to develop and test what has been rolled out. 6ARC is a gap that has caused some frustration/wasted time and money chasing and having to send out mags since I can't finalize them on my own guns fully. I don't have a howa mini, I don't have a chassis using AICS mags, etc. I am running stock bottom metal on my guns, this whole thing grew out of personal tinkering and folks being interested in the same thing so I took a leap and got a spring made up and bulk order. Its a side project.

I don't mean to be dismissive but unless I feel personally inspired to get a howa mini or something that uses AICS (for those asking about that) I wouldn't have the platform to develop something off. Also I tinker on all kinds of things (for instance I'm also building a camper for myself slowly) as well as wanting to get outdoors, raising kids, etc. So I'd need to feel creatively inspired to work on a new platform to take focus off other things I'd like to accomplish currently.

Never say never but its not on the forefront of what I'd tackle in my spare time currently. Hope the tone above was fine, I'm not offended or frustrated, just pragmatically laying out the reality of this side venture. :)

Wow. The last sentence above is a strong endorsement…
