That's the new pay to play for 2019. There is an option on the application to opt-out of the $50 fee but then you don't get a preference point either.

While you may or may not agree with he system- I would say it was pretty transparent in the application, so not sure you can claim "being duped"

No kidding. That section in every species brochure that says "What's New: 2019"...read it.

Yep. Pretty clear when applying. I checked the box for moose and sheep, but not goat.

Did I once state I was “duped”? No I did not nice try tho lol just a little bit different when one is trying to apply during a gunnery but you all know everything I forgot where I am..... thanks to some of you
