Colorado legislators to propose NFA- Suppressor Ban

This is a stab at limiting anyone who has or prints lowers from buying an upper and getting it shipped to their home…
Correct me if I am wrong but I believe they already banned unserialized lowers in CO so they've already made this part illegal, there is no need to control the sale of barrels as opposed to enforcing the law they already passed if that is their concern. But as we all know it isn't their real motivation.

I mean. I'd think they'd be more focused on trying to redeem themselves for not being able to even reintroduced wolves in the state. Now they think gun control will work? Good thing there's no such thing as 3d titanium machines. If you know, you know.
Late reply, but on the 3D printer piece, Washington state is proposing (link to bill) to ban them (and CNC machines) unless they add AI software to recognize gun parts and refuse to print them. 🤡

I think you are correct there. Exactly! I mean I would be all for some harsher penalties for firearm thieves or for using a firearm in the commission of a crime or illegal possession… funny how we never see those laws getting brought up. Really I think the R minority should flood the field with stricter penalties for firearm related crimes and make the D’s state why they don’t want to actually enforce laws that could curb firearm related violence

You mean like HB25-1062 making the theft of ANY firearm regardless of value a felony, a bill that they hypocrite Senator Sullivan voted against?

Re: regulating an non-serialized part...look no further than Washington for an example.

Can't even buy a holster from some vendors.

I had to ship a new handguard for my bolt ULUL to my family to reship to me. It was 67% off at one retailer but they don't ship anything to WA...perfectly legal to import the part though. Still cheaper to ship twice.

Ah yes! And their reason something like it would negatively affect minority communities too much?! Ummm excuse me?! How about we don’t care and just let it affect criminals regardless of what they look like. They need to keep bringing stuff like that forward. I listened to some of the bill reading and I can only stomach hearing Sullivan for about 30 seconds before I rage throw my phone across the room
