Colorado 1st Rifle Weather

Snowed last year

It was 75 on the opener and then 20 on sunday with about a foot of snow. It changes so just pack for both.

every time i check the meeker weather, it shows colder and colder! absolute beauty here though today.

Weather at home Wed is 74 degrees for the high. Weather Thurs is 24 for the high. Tossing in a few extra sticks of firewood for the cylinder stove. Looks to warm up starting Sun again. Hoping it gets the bulls bugling for everyone.

LOL, last year their was not supposed to be any moisture and our area got over a foot of snow opening weekend first rifle. Its Colorado folks, the weather doesn't know what the hell its doing, let alone the weather man.

Snow kicked our butts last year. And then 2nd rifle was completely opposite weather nice sunny cool breeze. It's hard to tell at higher elevations what the weather will be like.
