Cold feet. My nemesis. How to over come it??

Yep, I've gone through the gammit -- young, just my old cotton tube socks -- a little older and a little more income, big thick poly socks everyone said you "had to have." --- A little older, thick merino socks ----- Then, it was a thin sock liner and thick merino ------

Now, very light merino socks --- If it is 40/high 30's or above, one pair is fine -- getting closer to freezing, I put one thin pair over another thin pair --- These are the same type socks I use in dress socks for church, I threw out all my "Gold Toe" socks to use these. If it is going to be wind blowing and 20's and low 30's, I'll put in a pair of boot style hand warmers for a complete foot. A tree stand and wind blowing is not always fun in cold weather for this "beach bum."

I don't use insulated boots, either.
Same here. I have mostly thin to medium but all merino.

The trick is to keep your feet dry. Switch socks every time you stop to glass or stop for food/water hiking. My feet sweat a lot and if my boots and socks get wet my feet get cold. Having a 2nd pair of insoles to switch out also helps. I’ve tried sock liners and I’d say it’s maybe a 20% improvement in “moisture management” many people have better success.

In reality, if you’re in the mountains hunting when there’s wet snow days on end, your feet will get wet. There’s no getting around it. You can limit it by switching socks and drying by the stove at night but you kind of just have to accept the suck. IMO.

Your feet get cold because your core is robbing blood from them. Get a thicker puffy jacket, wear a thick beanie and try puffy pants if you havent yet. Also as others have said try uninsulated boots and when you get where you're going to glass then loosen your boots a little bit, you want an air pocket in your boots between the boot itself and your feet. This creates an insulation bubble of air and also allows the blood to circulate better.
