CO mule deer tags

Has anyone gotten their mule deer tags mailed to them yet?

I haven’t gotten mine, called and talk to them last week about it. I was told they were late getting them into the mail. I guess I’ll have to call and do the lost tag process.

I presume its not relevant in your case but make sure your address is correct in their system.

I drew a good tag in another state one time and it was a ways out, closer to the hunt I thought "Hmmm I never got a tag". Called them and they said "Its right here, got returned to use due to the incorrect address, figured you'd call about it sooner or later." I sorta wondered why they never reached out when it was returned but all was good in the end. Something was transposed on my address in their system, typo on my end presumably.


My sons got their CO tags a couple weeks ago, I didn't draw anything.

I ended up going into the local CPW office and getting my tag.

I heard back from them that mine was mailed out however I do not have it. I have lost several items in the mail in the last couple years and mainly they have been tags. Not sure what's going on with that but frustrating.

I was told the same thing, it was mailed, but if it hadn’t arrived in the mail by 18 July, go in and get it. So that’s what I did. Fairly easy process. I was told if it does show up I’m supposed to bring it in.

A neighbor’s tag went unnoticed in my “huge” stack of tags for a week or two, bet he was sweating it.
