Caribou in a Blanket for New Years!

Having a few friends over to ring in the New Year, and I made some snacks to get us thru to midnight.

These are Cajun caribou sausages in Pillsbury crescent rolls...served with stone ground mustard

Looks great! Have done the same in the past with game sausage, add a piece of a pickled jalapeno to each one for a little added spice. Makes for an interesting next morning for sure
