I'm headed to Astoria for a few days on a charter boat, anyone been out fishing lately and willing to share a report?

The fishing has been really good lately from everyone I have talked to. Biggest issue is getting through the natives to get the clipped fish.

I fished it this weekend. First time. We did good Saturday, especially for never having fished the river. Sunday was different, we couldn't buy a bite. They say the fishing changes with every tide and they are correct, lol.

This guy is local to where I live, but heads that way to guide this time of year. I watch his reports when he is guiding rivers near me and have found them to be helpful and generally pretty accurate to what I am seeing as well.
