I've seen several guys that have recommended using AA to build sight tapes for the Tommy Hogg and Hogg Father, so I bought the online version and have been playing with it for the past 15 minutes. I entered as much as my information as I could as accurately as I could and now I'm trying to print off a calibrated scale and will shoot my 30 and 60-70 yard marks ASAP. I'm kind of confused though, when you go to print the calibrated scales it gives you the option to choose a 24 click scale, 32 click scale or a metric scale. Which scale do I use, can't really find any think on the interwebs.

Go into the setup for you sight and select the hogg father option.> Enter your peep height and peep to sight distance..

Then go to sight in and enter the mark your sight is at 20 yards and the mark your sight is at at 60-80.. Then click sight in..

Just to expand on the measurements they need to be done at full draw. At full draw measure center of the sight housing to center of the peep. Then from center of peep to center of your arrow at a 90° angle. Easiest way to do this is on a draw board or hooter shooter.

I don't have a draw board or hooter shooter so I was hoping to just use the calibrated scale.

I used it when I first got my sight a few years ago, before SH had their own tapes. It was a rough estimate at best. I still had to artificially tweak the program to make my bow seem slower to get an accurate tape. I just got a new bow and put that sight on it. Not wanting to deal with the AA program again, I called SH and bought their tape package for like $5. Followed the directions and got it right the first time. Much better, IMO.
