Budget-ish tripod for binos and shooting?

I don’t like the clamps. For kids I put a bag on the tripod head or clamp directly with ARCA on the rifle.

@Lurch12 I have the Rekon CT-1 Tripod w/leg wraps it has served me well. I'd say about 60% photography / 40% shooting. It is a stable tripod with easy to use twist locks with both long and short center columns. I've since upgraded tripods so if you're interested in my Rekon that's in good condition, shoot me a pm.
