going to switch from magnus buzzcuts to anarchy's... they are a single bevel and are said to get extremely good penetration, aswell as have a 1.5" cutting diameter.... i like the sounds of it.

I've researched the topic, and I don't think it amounts to enough difference to matter in the field. Simply mental masterbation material. Shoot what you like. IMO, a good, machined solid steel, 3 blade cut on contact head that is razor sharp is nearly impossible to beat, single or double bevel. I shoot VPA's and they make both styles so you can pick your poison.

I shoot two blade single bevel grizzly Kodiaks. Love them! I hate sharpening, so this was a no brainer for me. I can get them razor sharp in no time. I have yet to kill anything with them (recently switch from magnus stingers) but my experience on targets is that it tears them apart much faster.

BTW, I am shooting out of a recurve. Don't know if you compound guys will notice much of a difference given the bows power.

Anyone ever notice a difference in flight with a single bevel?
