Do you grind any? One of my best childhood memories is ground sockeye patties( mixed with bread crumbs, relish, and seasoning) with a white sause served with garlic mashed red potatoes and sweet peas.

At some point I’m sure we will make some salmon patties, but we usually do that later on in the year. We’ll usually make up a couple dozen and freeze them raw, then thaw out as many as we need for meals throughout the winter.

When I first moved to AK we lived off that, I think miniver did it or something because I can’t take a single bite of salmon anymore. Every summer I still fill a freezer like that though for my wife, she loves it.
