Do you grind any? One of my best childhood memories is ground sockeye patties( mixed with bread crumbs, relish, and seasoning) with a white sause served with garlic mashed red potatoes and sweet peas.

At some point I’m sure we will make some salmon patties, but we usually do that later on in the year. We’ll usually make up a couple dozen and freeze them raw, then thaw out as many as we need for meals throughout the winter.

Had a long week with work but was able to get out and do some mountain creek cutty fishing yesterday with the dogs. Smoked em on a Purple Adams. Nothing big but just a lot of fun and a lot of little guys slamming dries. Lucy decided the marmots whistling at us were annoying so she decided to put a stalk on and show them who's boss!!!
