Stripers off Monomoy Island, Cape Cod.

The first pic is me and my two brothers, we all hooked on to keepers at the same time, was an awesome experience!

Last year fishing at John Martin off the rocks. Throwing jigs with twister tails. We caught way more than this, but teaching my son to only take what we need. Enough for a good fish fry. Mmmm! Love me some crappie!

My wife and I are on a mission to fish all 50 states together. We've got 19 so far and heading to Alaska next year. She's my best friend and favorite fishing and hunting partner. A few pics from the last few years of adventures. Big or small, we try to catch them all.

A blue perch from a small creek in Copper Harbor Michigan. From what I’ve read, it is a yellow perch that lacks pigment in its skin, hence the bluish coloration. I caught it on a Trout Magnet. I’ve heard that catching one of these is a rare occurrence. It was released unharmed.

My Son’s first Northern Pike from the Au Sable River, near Oscoda, Michigan.
He bit a crawfish-pattern jerkbait.
We crush the Smallies and Walleye on that same lure.
Loved the aerial display!

Hard to beat smalleys in the spring. Fishing by myself so I put it on the gas tank for reference.
That’s a good one.
A person I didn’t even know took the pic of my big Smallie for me, otherwise I’d have one of it like this....3A21A444-28D2-41D9-80BB-F1A83E26D63D.jpegwhich accounts for a majority of my pictures. My Gopro takes good wide angle selfies, but I’m not really into doing that.

Awesome. So good to share a passion for the outdoors with your spouse. My Wife likes to hunt with me, but doesn’t fish that much.
If you come to Georgia, I’d recommend Largemouth at Heath Lake in Rome Ga, or the Stripe bass run in one of the rivers or lakes up North in the state.
Michigan would be Salmon in early October, below Tippy Dam on the Big Manistee River, Muskallonge Lake for Smallies in the UP, Torch Lake or Lake St Clair. Musky in the Taquanemon River is a good one, but not many would ever hear of such with all of the good spots in the state.
If trophy Browns are your thing, don’t overlook the famous Holy Waters stretch of the Au Sable river. I have a house near there, time your trip accordingly and you can stop by to rest on your way up if we are in town. We have countless inland lakes a stone’s throw away.
